Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in stocking Essential RinseTM Purifying Scalp & Hair Toner at your store or salon.

Any misuse of the resale privilege subjects the buyer to the responsibility of payment of additional taxes or fees imposed by law.

We reserve the right to give or not give permissions to any seller to re-sell Essential RinseTM products on online platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy etc. (excluding seller’s website/blog and physical store/boutique).

  1. Minimum Order

    The minimum order is a total of 12 bottles. Note: We will include a sample tester bottle with every purchase.

  2. Placing an Order
    • Submit your order via our wholesale site at essential-rinse-wholesale.myshopify.com
    • You must be a registered customer to use this site. If you have not yet registered please go to click here to submit your information.

  3. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price

    Suggested retail price for Essential RinseTM is $29.00 per bottle.

    We do not sell to retailers who sell our product for under keystone (double the wholesale price).

  4. Payments

    We accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal payments.

    Special approval is required for company checks. Please contact joyce@essentialrinse.com.

  5. Delivery & Shipping

    Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. We will ship via UPS with insurance/delivery confirmation.

    Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.   Rush shipping on orders is available by special request and will incur additional shipping and handling charges.

    We do not ship international orders at this time.

  6. Changes to Orders

    Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to joyce@essentialrinse.com within 3 days of placing your order.

    No cancellations to rush orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

  7. Backorders
    If we are out of stock on a product, we will contact you immediately to give you the option to change your order or wait for the item to restock.

    All back orders will be noted on your invoice and will be shipped out as soon as possible. We will not cancel backorders unless requested.

  8. Returns

    Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective merchandise as noted below.

  9. Damages and Defects

    Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact joyce@essentialrinse.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.

    Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

    Please keep all packaging materials so we may collect shipping insurance. Once received, damaged or defective merchandise will be reviewed.

  10. Product Appearance and Fragrance

    Because we use all-natural ingredients, the appearance and fragrance of our products may vary slightly. Our products are vetted through quality control to ensure they consistently meet with our standards.
