We guarantee you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. (Note: We are unable to refund your original shipping charges.)
Shipping
Orders are processed between 24-48 hours after we’ve received them (excluding weekends). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your package’s tracking information. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping costs to locations outside the US are based on the US Post Office International rates.

Q: How do I know which Essential Rinse purifying toner is right for me?
A:Regardless of which product you choose, the freshening, reviving, shine-enhancing benefits are the same.
The pH of the Mint Rinse is 5.1 (similar to hair & scalp) and has a refreshing effect.
The pH of the Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse is 3.4 and has a slightly more clarifying effect.
Q: Is Essential Rinse purifying toner safe to use on color-treated hair?
A:Yes, both the Mint Rinse and Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse are safe to use on color-treated hair.
Q: How frequently should I use Essential Rinse purifying toner?
A:In the beginning, you may want to use the rinse after each time you shampoo to remove the residue on your hair and scalp. But you can use it in between shampoo days or anytime your hair needs freshening.
Q: Can I use Essential Rinse purifying toner after swimming (in the pool and/or ocean)?
A:Yes, you can use the rinse after swimming. Just make sure you rinse thoroughly after you massage it into your hair and scalp.
